As the Vice President of Software Product Engineering, you will lead and scale our clients product engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and product vision. You will drive engineering excellence, innovation, and efficiency, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver impactful, customer-centric products. You will shape their technology to support a core and extend strategy, ensuring flexibility and scalability. You will oversee the engineering roadmap, balancing core products with market-responsive extensions.
You will take a player-coach approach to leadership, leading people and teams across the organization, ensuring they have the resources and skills required to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your track record of building and motivating great teams, passion for customer service, and competitive spirit will contribute to their strategy.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a Director or higher-level position.
- 6+ years of experience in Engineering Leadership.
- Currently holding a Sr. Director or VP title where you are managing Directors.
- Experience in an Enterprise SAAS organization that has transitioned from a "bespoke" to a "Core and Extend" strategy, or currently operates under this model.
- 5+ years of experience in an Agile or Hybrid environment.
- Enterprise Level SAAS industry experience
- A conversational leader with excellent communication skills, capable of being one of the top 5 highest-ranking leaders in the company.
Compensation: $200,000-280,000 + up to 30% bonus
